01What is Top List LA?
Your starting point for finding where to eat, stay and explore in Los Angeles. We publish curated guides, LA-wide and neighborhood by neighborhood, so you spend less time searching and more time eating tacos.
02Do you cover kosher restaurants in LA?
Yes. Los Angeles has one of the largest Jewish communities in the US, centered on Pico-Robertson, La Brea and Valley Village. Every entry on our kosher guides names its hechsher and says whether the kitchen is meat or dairy. Certification can change, so always check the certificate.
03How fresh are the recommendations?
Every guide shows the month it was last updated, and we revisit them as places open, close and change hands. Trails and beaches change too — several areas burned in the January 2025 fires — so check conditions before you go.
04Do I need a car?
For most of LA, yes, or plan on rideshares. Every entry names its neighborhood so you can group your days by area and avoid crossing the city at rush hour.
